broccoli pâté

1 big broccoli flower
4 eggs, hard boiled
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp natural yogurt
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 white onion, finely chopped
50g Edam cheese, grated
salt, pepper
fresh dill, chopped

colourful peppers and chilli to decorate (optional)

Divide the broccoli into florets, if too big, cut each floret in half. Put them in a pot with boiling, salted water and cook for 10 minutes until tender but careful not to overcook it. Drain and put the cooked broccoli into a bowl with cold water and ice so they don’t lose their green colour. Once they are cold drain them again. Hard boil the eggs, leave them to cool. Place the broccoli and eggs in the food processor. Add garlic, onion, grated cheese, yogurt and mayonnaise. Season and add some dill.
