herby pork with lemon zest
25g of parmesan, grated
80g breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves, crushed
small bunch of chopped parsley
zest of 1 lemon
4 pork loin steaks
2-3tbsp olive oil
Mix the parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley and zest. Flatten the steaks with a rolling pin and coat in the herby mixture. Heat the oil and fry the pork 5-6 min on each side.
