blueberry vanilla nests
Cream together 250g softened butter, 90g caster sugar and a few drops of vanilla essence. Gradually beat 200g sifted plain flour and 60g cornflour into the mixture. Pipe into a muffin tray lined with cases, leaving a small hole in the centre of each. Bake for 20 min. Cool, then fill each hole with 1tsp blueberry jam.
