turkey breast with peppers



2 medium size turkey breasts, sliced
1 orange pepper (colour is optional:))
1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
1 small onion
sweet paprika
crème fraîche
fresh parsley
olive oil

Heat an olive oil in a large pan and drop in the onion. Cook the onion over low heat till softened, then stir in the garlic and paprika. Stir and cook for couple more minutes.

Add the turkey strips, salt and pepper. Cook for couple of minutes until the turkey is evenly coated in the spice.

Add sliced peppers, stir and simmer for 10 min.

Stir in the crème fraîche, cover, and simmer for another 5 min.

Serve on a bed of rice.
